5D4N Ultimate Sandakan Tour

• Flight details: BKI/SDK by MH2042 0700-0740hrs / AK6492 0705-0750hr
• Meet on upon arrival at Sandakan airport or pick up at respective hotels as
  listed:

1. 0830 hrs (City Hotels, Sandakan Hotel),
2. 0845 hrs (Sabah Hotel), 0915 hrs (Sepilok area)

• Upon arrival unpack yourself and freshen up.
• Take a 5 mins. leisure walk to the nearby Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre, watching one of the nature’s most endangered
  animal species, the ‘Orang Utan’ or ‘Man of the Jungle’, in local
  language.
• Watch the scheduled video show programme for 25 mins and visit to
  the Exhibition Hall.

• See the world’s smallest bear in its natural environment.

• Terletak di Hutan Simpan Kabili-Sepilok yang terkenal.
• The Exhibition Centre and the Plant Discovery Centre will bring you
  lots of information about the nature in the area.

• The suspension bridge will end with the only Canopy Walk in Sandakan.
• Standing on 28m above the forest floor is truly amazing.

• By 08:15 AM, depart from Sepilok Jungle Resort and transfer to CQ Jetty for Selingan Turtle Island.
• This journey by motorised boat will take about 1 hour to Turtle Island.

• Grab your mask, fins and snorkel and head to the beach where you can find lots of juvenile marine life. Or, you can choose to relax or sun bathing by the beach.

• After dinner, standby at the Cafeteria.
• Wait for Park Ranger’s signal before proceed in a small group to the
  egg-laying site to witness the mother turtle laying eggs, transferring of
  eggs to the hatchery and releasing of hatchlings to the sea.
• Note: Photographing of turtles only with camera of unaided flash. Snorkelling gears are available to hire (Please refer to the Island).

• After breakfast, depart island by 0700 AM and return to mainland.

You will visit to:

• Sandakan Memorial Park
• Puu Jih Shih Buddhist Temple mlocated on a steep hilltop where you can have a magnificent view overlooking Sandakan Bay the Town Centre.
• St. Michael Church
• Central Market where you can see the local produce and fresh seafood being sold.
• Agnes Keith Museum.
• Stop at the nearby English Tea House.

• Explore the largest limestone and bird nests cave in Sabah
  where millions of swiftlets make the cave their home.

Optional activities:

1. Night walk can be arranged, pay on site @ RM15.00 nett per pax / hrs.
2. Tree planting also can be arranged, pay on site @ RM15.00 nett per pax / tree

• Wake up and start the day with an early river cruise at about 06:00 AM.
• After the 1hours boat cruise, proceed back to Bilit Lodge.

• Late morning, depart for a guided jungle walk through the riverine
  forest for wildlife sighting.

• Depart from Bilit by 08:30 AM.
