Day 1 - Arrival Yangon

Secretariat Building and Kandawgyi Nature Park

  • Visit the famous Secretariat Building; the victorian-style building made from red and yellow brick constructed in a U-shape since 1905.
  • Stroll around Kandawgyi Nature Park, a popular recreation centre of Yangon and take the best photo shot of Yangon.

Shwedagon Pagoda

  • In the evening, observe the great Shwedagon Pagoda which is the landmark of Yangon, admire the beautiful Stupa with the illumination of lights after sunset.

Day 2 - Explore Yangon

Visit Bengali Sunni Jameh Mosque and Downtown Area

  • Visit Shri Kali Hindu temple which was built by Tamil migrants in 1871.
  • Tour to Bengali Sunni Jameh Mosque; one of the many mosques established in Yangon, built during the colonial era.
  • Continue to downtown area of Yangon City.
  • Take some photos of the historical building - Yangon City Hall.
  • Visit Maha Bandoola Park and explore the independence monument located in the center of the park.

Little India Town and Lim Chin Tsong Palace

  • Walking along the Little India Town.
  • Proceed to Lim Chin Tsong Palace and admire the stunning building with a mixture of Eastern and Western architectural styles.
  • Visit night market at China town 19th Street – mouth-watering barbecue stalls, restaurants selling local dishes and street food stalls.

Day 3 - Yangon and Bago Tour

Transfer to Bago

  • On the way Bago you will be visiting Htauk Kyant War Memorial Cemetery. Allied soldiers from the British Commonwealth who died in battle in Myanmar during the Second World War which is one of the most visited and high rated war sites of all Asia.

Tour Bago

Begin your Bago visit by going to

  • Kyakhatwine Monastery: Buddhist Scriptures are taught to thousands of monks. It is worth the experience to witness the monks having the main meal of the day.
  • Kanbawzathadi Palace, a reconstruction of the original royal palace.
  • Arabic School: The only alternative for educating Myanmar Muslims in Islamic education.

  • After lunch, transfer to Hinthargone.

Hinthargone tour

  • Named after the mythological Hinthar bird, a symbol of the Mon people. The monastery is situated on top of a hill that, according to Myanmar legend, was the only point rising from the sea where the Hinthar bird could land.

Head back to Yagon

Head back to Yangon, on the way visit:

  • Shwe Pyi Resort: Nestled among the lush forestry at the southern tip of the famed Bago Yoma Mountain on a sprawling wide rang landscape site. It is the perfect place for paddle boating. Also, there is a working wood carving workshop as well as a wood carving museum which are sure to provide hours of entertainment.
  • AirBus Cafe: Enjoy coffee inside an AirBus plane.

  • King Bahadur Shah Zafar ruled India in the 19th century and was exiled to Yangon by British colonial rulers.

  • Formerly known as Scott Market, major bazaar located in Pabedan township in central Yangon, Myanmar. 
  • A wide range of Myanmar handicrafts, jewellery, fabrics, lacquer wares and many more are available here.

National Museum of Myanmar and Yangon River

  • Stopover at National Museum of Myanmar and learn about the priceless stone inscriptions, documents, carvings, paintings and a host of other artefacts that testify to the ancient culture and civilization of the Myanmar people.
  • Enjoy the local sunset cruise for greatest serenity of Old Yangon while savoring the fresh evening breeze at Yangon River (River cruise is depending on availability).
